Welcome to my portfolio! I've drafted or worked on over 50 different homes and projects, but here is a small collection of just a few of them. Plans are not shown, but you can see the initial renderings of the plans/designs I did for clients, and the images of the final completed projects! This gives you a taste of what I can do and what I've accomplished! This was a personal project, our own home! I drafted the plans for our home, created the initial renderings, and made the selections and final design choices. We then selected a builder and had them build it for us.

This project was for the company I work for. We purchased an existing plan and made several modifications and additions to bring this beauty to life. It was entered into 2 parade of homes and received gold in one!

Reserve at Windsor - Lot 44
This beautiful home is from a plan that is extremely popular with clients that I have redesigned and modified time and time again for Oak & Stone. It sits in a subdivision they are exclusively building in and I get to draft and help design each home!

Ace Construction - 4Plex
This is my first drafting experience with a 4plex! I'm super grateful that Ace Construction gave me the opportunity to help bring the plans together for them for this project. I love how it turned out and know my client was excited and happy about it too!

This is the first of a few plans that I have drafted for this company in Idaho. This plan was used a second time as well, in which we modified the exterior to create a different look but kept the same efficient layout!

Reserve at Windsor - Lot 14
This is another beautiful home that's being built in the Reserve at Windsor that I was able to design from scratch! Final design of both the interior and exterior came together beautifully with final input from the builder.
