Please carefully read through our services below as it is important to note that pertaining to drafting plans, I am a drafter/designer only and cannot engineer or stamp plans. After purchasing and designing a plan with me, you will need to have it engineered or looked over by a licensed engineer or contractor accordingly depending on your state requirements and local laws.

Custom Floor Plans
Have a custom design or floor plan in mind for your home or project? I can draft it for you! My construction sets include coversheets, floor plans, elevations, and roof plans. Foundation plans are by request and vary. They're everything you would need to submit to contractors or subs for bidding and are ready to be engineered.
*What's included:
-Final PDF document of your plan set
-Final CAD files
-One exterior rendering (front of home)
*How it works:
-Once you submit a contact form, I'll reach out and we'll discuss the details, process, and expectations of your project.
- If you decide to work with me, you'll need to sign an agreement or contract outlining my services. Once signed and a deposit made, I'll get started on your plan!
- As I draft your plan, we will go through several revision processes to get your plans right and bring your vision to life.
- Once your plan is approved and finalized, a final payment will need to be made before I release the
plans and files over to you.
- The plans are then yours and you're ready to start the next process of your construction journey!
*Pricing:
- A non-refundable drafting & design deposit is required to start: $500
- Once your project and plans are
finalized, your final estimate will
be calculated as $1 X the total SF of your plan minus your initial deposit.
*Additional Options:
-4 exterior renderings can be added at a discounted price
-5 interior renderings can be added at a discounted price

Exterior Renderings
Whether you have a plan you'd like renderings for, you're selecting exterior materials, or you're doing a remodel... exterior renderings can give you images that show you more realistically how your project will look in person once it's complete. These are also nice to have for MLS listings, display, and design boards.
*What's included:
-package offer of 5 exterior renderings or views of your choice
-up to 5 revisions/design changes before final images are delivered.
*How it works:
-Once you submit a contact form, I'll reach out and we'll discuss the details, process, and expectations of your project.
- If you decide to work with me, you'll need to sign an agreement or contract outlining my services. Once signed and a rendering deposit made, I'll get started!
- I'll build out a model of your project and do the first 5 renderings of the views/angles of the project you selected to be seen.
- You will then have the opportunity to make selection, design, rendering style, and other changes up to 5 times before your final 5 images are produced and delivered to you.
- Then your images are yours to share and use for your project!
*Pricing:
- A non-refundable rendering deposit to be paid upfront is required to start: $200
- Once your renderings are completed and ready to be given to you, the final balance will be owed: $800
-Additional renderings are priced at $150 per rendering

Interior Renderings
Whether you have a plan you'd like renderings for, you're making selections, or you're doing a remodel... interior renderings can give you images that show you more realistically how your project/space will look in person once it's complete. These are also nice to have for MLS listings, display, and design boards.

-single renders, amount of your choice per pricing below.
-up to 5 revisions/design changes before final images are delivered.
